Patient Policies.
How scheduling, payment, memberships and Synergy Rewards work in practice. Where an exact number or rule hasn't been confirmed by the practice yet, we've said so plainly rather than guessing.

This page consolidates the operational policies patients most often ask about, reviewed and approved by Synergy Health's ownership prior to launch.
Appointments & Consultations
Scheduling
Appointments can be requested online through our contact page, by phone at (727) 947-2388, or in person at either location. New patients begin with a consultation before any treatment is scheduled or performed. A $50 deposit reserves your consultation and is fully credited toward your treatment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We request that you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule, so that time can be offered to another patient.
No-Show Policy
A missed appointment without at least 24 hours' notice incurs a $50 no-show fee, charged to the card on file. If a deposit was collected for that appointment, the deposit is forfeited toward the fee instead of a separate charge. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Late Arrival
Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment may require rescheduling to protect the next patient's appointment time, and may be treated as a late cancellation under the no-show policy above.
Consultation & Prescription Requirements
Treatments involving prescription medication (including GLP-1 medications and hormone therapy) require an initial consultation and, where clinically appropriate, laboratory testing before a prescription is written. Ongoing prescriptions are re-evaluated based on your response and any updated labs, not on a fixed calendar regardless of how you're doing.
Laboratory Requirements
Advanced blood work and laboratory testing are ordered on a case-by-case basis when clinically indicated, as part of your individualized treatment plan — not as a standalone, one-size-fits-all product.
Payment
Accepted Payment
We accept major credit cards, debit cards and cash, and offer financing through trusted third-party partners (see our Financing section). HSA/FSA cards are accepted where the card network allows it; ask our front desk to confirm eligibility for a specific treatment.
Deposits
A $50 deposit is required to hold every scheduled appointment. The deposit is applied toward the cost of your treatment at checkout. It is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, and forfeited under the no-show and late-cancellation terms above.
Refund Policy
Treatments already performed are non-refundable. For a prepaid package or series, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis, based on the single-session price rather than the discounted package price, less any sessions already completed. Contact your location to request a refund on an unused portion of a package.
Treatment Packages & Series
Several treatments on this site — including Tattoo Removal, Hair Restoration, and Stem Cell & Exosome Therapy — are sold as a package or series rather than a single session, because that is how they are clinically administered. Package pricing reflects the full series unless otherwise stated. Packages are paid in full at the time of purchase, or on a payment plan through our financing partners where available (see Financing). Purchased sessions do not expire, but we recommend completing a series on the clinically recommended schedule for the best results.
Membership Program
Full membership benefits by tier are detailed on our Memberships page. In summary:
- Synergy Health membership is an annual, 12-month commitment — not a month-to-month, cancel-anytime program.
- It is a VIP program exclusive to patients who choose to subscribe to ongoing, connected care, not a generic discount club.
- Members receive treatment credits/skin treatments per quarter (by tier), a treatment discount, product discounts, and Synergy Rewards points on top of membership benefits.
Membership Cancellation
Memberships can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice to your location (email or in person), with no early-termination fee. Membership benefits and billing continue through the end of that 30-day notice period.
What Happens at Renewal
Memberships continue on a month-to-month basis after the initial term, billed at the same monthly rate, until you provide 30 days' notice to cancel as described above. There is no separate action required to "renew."
Synergy Rewards Terms
Full program mechanics are detailed on our Memberships page. Confirmed rules:
- Members earn 1 point per $1 spent on treatments, packages and skincare (Signature members earn 1.5×, Platinum members earn 2×).
- 100 points = $10 in redemption value, redeemable toward any treatment or product.
- Members receive 500 bonus points for a referred friend or family member who books a treatment, and 250 points during their birthday month.
- Points and credits may be applied to the member's own treatments, or toward a treatment for the friend or family member they referred, to help that person get started with the practice.
- Points and credits must be used within 1 calendar year of the date they are earned.
- Points can be combined with a member's own membership discount, but not with select limited-time promotions.
Not yet confirmed by the practice — treated as open until approved:
- Synergy Rewards points have no cash value outside the practice and cannot be transferred to another person, except through the referral bonus mechanism described above.
- Accumulated, unredeemed Synergy Rewards points remain available to use for 90 days after a membership is cancelled or lapses, after which they expire.
- There is no maximum number of referral bonuses a single member can earn.
Gift Cards & Promotions
Synergy Health does not currently offer gift cards. Promotional and event discounts are not combinable with membership pricing or Synergy Rewards points unless a promotion specifically says otherwise.
Treatment Eligibility
Every treatment on this site is offered only where your consultation and clinical evaluation support it. Some treatments (GLP-1 medications, hormone therapy, regenerative treatments) are not appropriate for every patient — common reasons to hold off include pregnancy, certain medical histories, or current medications, and your provider will review this with you before anything is prescribed or performed.
Emergency Situations
Our Platinum membership includes a direct line to an on-call provider through our care team for ongoing care questions. This is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
Questions
If anything on this page is unclear, or you'd like the specifics of your own treatment plan or membership in writing, ask at your consultation or contact us at marketing.synergyhealth@gmail.com or (727) 947-2388.
