  2. Meet with a provider

    Your provider listens to what you would like to change, reviews your health history and examines the area of concern, with lab work when it is appropriate.

  3. Receive your written plan

    You leave with a plan and the full cost in writing. Treatment is recommended only when it is appropriate for you, and the decision is yours.
